A: We require five (5) hours in advance of cancellation notice for Domestic flights and eight (8) hours in advance of cancellation notice for International flights. otherwise we may charge a late-cancellation fee.

A: Please schedule a reservation 24 hours, in advance, but we will accommodate any last minute requests.

Q: When does a waiting time charge apply for pickup at the airport?
A: RDM Limo Transportation rarely charges for waiting time at the airport, because we monitor your flight to make sure that your driver will be there when the flight arrives.
We give passengers on a domestic flight 30 minutes free waiting time from the time the flight lands, and for international flights we give 45 minutes free waiting time from the time the flight lands. After the free waiting time expires, you will be charged a minimum fee of 15 minutes for $15.00..

Q: How much time should I allow for traveling to the airport?
A: The traffic flow between Manhattan to the airports is unpredictable. Please consult your airline and use common sense when booking your reservation. Add extra time for bad weather and during holidays.
